CitySwift is seeking a Senior UX UI Designer to join our growing team. We're the leading data platform for public transport, empowering data-driven decisions for global networks.
Backed by significant investment, CitySwift is experiencing rapid growth with a 100% year-over-year revenue increase and 150% growth in new customers in 2023. Our mission is increasing sustainable public transport adoption worldwide, optimizing over 1 billion passenger journeys currently, targeting over 10 billion by 2026.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead design process (user research, interviews, empathy mapping, usability testing) for multiple products and requirements.
- Create sketches, wireframes, personas, flow diagrams, and interaction details.
- Develop interactive prototypes for design validation and stakeholder presentations.
- Collaborate with product/project managers, customer success, and sales/marketing teams to define roadmaps and prioritize requirements.
- Ensure WCAG compliance and accessibility best practices.
- Collaborate with developers, engineers, and QA throughout the design phase.
- Conduct design reviews and contribute to the CitySwift design system.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of web/mobile UI/UX design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, user empathy, and problem-solving.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch (or equivalent).
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and thorough approach.
- Experience with User Research, Interviewing, Requirement Gathering, Sketching, Wireframing, Prototyping, Flow Diagrams, Interaction Details.

- Experience in data visualization and information design.
