Full-Time Senior UX Writer

We’re seeking a skilled Senior UX Writer with experience driving content strategy for websites, web stores, checkout flows, subscription services, and more.

In this role, you will conceptualize and deliver digital experiences that integrate brand identity and UX best practices, shaping how customers engage with and purchase our product.

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with the Commerce product and design team to create content that communicates Oura’s value propositions and drives revenue.
• Recommend A/B tests, strategic refinements to existing content, and new ideas for content strategy.
• Manage time and priorities to deliver content drafts on deadline.
• Develop and maintain a web content style guide.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, user research).
• Ensure content is a clear extension of the Oura brand’s style and tone.
• Stay at the forefront of digital content strategy to inspire innovation.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in UX Content Strategy, UX Writing, or Content Design
• Expertise in user journey strategy development and integrating user research into design execution
• Ability to execute content strategy that meets business objectives and drives conversion
• Excellent writing, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Passion for continuous learning and innovation in UX writing and e-commerce
