Job Details
The Senior Vice President, Global Marketing is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s global marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a global marketing strategy. Define key messaging pillars and narratives. Track key metrics.
- Brand & Reputation: Strengthen the company’s brand. Drive thought leadership. Ensure regulatory compliance. Build media relationships.
- Portfolio, Client, & Demand Generation Marketing: Build go-to-market strategies. Establish KPIs. Partner with business development. Oversee demand generation programs.
- Leadership & Team Development: Lead a high-performing marketing team. Set goals, identify talent. Drive collaboration. Build talent and promote a culture of accountability.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree and a higher-level degree (Master or PhD, MBA) desirable / MBA preferred in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Considerable marketing leadership experience, ideally from a CRO or PV Service Provider
- Excellent communication skills and team management capabilities
- Excellent organizational, planning and multitasking skills
- Strong and effective presentation skills
