Full-Time Senior/Lead VFX Artist

We're seeking talented VFX Artists to contribute to innovative game titles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with art directors, studio leads, and clients to establish and uphold artistic vision.
• For Lead VFX Artists: Manage and mentor a team.
• For Senior VFX Artists: Provide expertise and mentor junior team members.
• Advocate for the role of VFX in enhancing gameplay.
• Demonstrate VFX principles, timing, and attention to detail.
• Craft cutting-edge VFX for set-pieces, ambient effects, and gameplay.
• Contribute to a collaborative art culture and onboard new team members.
• Partner with technical teams to develop efficient VFX pipelines.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in AAA projects.
• Stellar portfolio showcasing skills and creativity.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in VFX tools (Houdini, Substance Designer).
• Experience with Unreal Engine or proprietary game engines.
• Ability to guide VFX work to enhance gameplay.
• Skilled in pre-visualizing and prototyping innovative VFX techniques.
• Drive the development and optimization of VFX pipelines.
• UK residence or willingness to relocate.
