About the role We're on the hunt for a Service Designer to join our squad. This role came about because we need more hands on deck to support our Digital Generation and Corporate Productivity programs. You'll be diving into discovery activities, mapping out user journeys, and ensuring our solutions are user-centered and efficient. You'll be the go-to person for service design, running workshops, building relationships, and turning insights into actionable plans. Your work will enhance the user experience and ensure our digital products meet user needs. You'll support our business strategy by delivering data driven, user-friendly recommendations.
About You We're looking for someone who's creative, detail-oriented, and a great communicator. You should have experience in service design, user research, and usability testing. Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence and Miro, is a must. If you have experience with design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD and working within a design system, that's a bonus! We're also looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills and a non-perfectionist mentality – we value quick, effective solutions and insights over perfection.
