Job Details

Oversee and guide the development and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.

Supervise a team of ServiceNow developers, providing mentorship, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, developers, and architect to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.

Collaborate with System Architect to design scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals.

Ensure proper investigation, resolution, and documentation of bugs and issues reported on the ServiceNow platform.

Draft and review technical design documents, ensuring alignment with business requirements and standards.

Lead functional testing efforts and provide oversight for user acceptance testing (UAT).

Monitor and report progress on tasks, projects, and team performance to leadership regularly.

Stay up to date with ServiceNow enhancements and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Perform other related supervisory and business analysis tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in ServiceNow, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong background in business analysis and project coordination related to ServiceNow implementations.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow development (HTML, JavaScript, APIs).
  • In-depth experience with Service Portal, Now Mobile, CMDB, HR Scope App, Knowledge Base, workflows, and ITSM modules.
  • Solid understanding of DevOps or Agile frameworks and best practices.
  • Knowledge of ITSM, IT Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership skills, including task delegation, team development, and conflict resolution.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
