Full-Time Solutions Marketing Manager

Role Description

• Shape the future of healthcare in sleep, respiratory, and digital health.
• Execute GTM and lifecycle campaign strategies for our digital portfolio.
• Drive content messaging and help deliver sales enablement programs.

Responsibilities:

• Acquire deep knowledge of customer challenges, industry, and use cases.
• Adapt and translate global GTM strategies for North American markets.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for our device ecosystem.
• Lead the creation of compelling NPI marketing activities.
• Support the sales enablement strategy and execution.
• Establish key performance indicators and adjust marketing strategy as necessary.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to create compelling content.
• Manage the marketing budget for our digital portfolio.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital healthcare and marketing.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in healthcare or digital health.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience in healthcare or digital health marketing is highly preferred.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
