Specialized Talent Administrator & Coordinator provides administrative support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities, facilitating logistical and recruitment activities for a specific client program or team.
Work Location: Remote for candidates based in Argentina or Brazil only.
Specific requirements:
- Trilingual preferred; English-Spanish bilingual required
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and interview process
- Complete phone interviews and document candidate responses, screening in/out based on position requirements
- Develop interview schedules
- Update candidate statuses in recruitment systems (ATS, proprietary)
- Schedule complex phone, video, and in-person interviews
- Execute offer process (offer letters, presentations)
- Coordinate candidate background, medical, and reference checks
- Arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation
- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding processes
- Edit and post positions to ATS
- Administratively manage posting to candidate generation channels
- Ensure recruitment team updates on progress, escalating concerns
- Provide metric and pipeline reporting
- Provide other administrative support as needed
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completed Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification preferred
- Experience as a Talent Administrator & Coordinator (6+ months preferred)
- Business/office environment experience preferred
- Customer service or administration experience preferred
- Strong recruitment administration skill-set/competencies
- Knowledge of talent acquisition concepts, practices, and procedures
- Fluent in English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize and organize work
- Desire to provide high-level customer service to colleagues and clients
