The Specialized Talent Administrator & Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities, facilitating a variety of logistical and recruitment activities to service a particular client program or teams.
Work Location: USA
Work Arrangement: Remote (candidates based in the US only)
Work Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm EST/CST

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and interview process
- Complete phone interviews and document candidate responses, effectively screening candidates
- Develop interview schedules
- Update candidate statuses in recruitment systems
- Schedule interviews
- Execute the offer process, including creating and routing offer letters
- Coordinate candidate background, medical, and reference checks
- Arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Edit and post positions to ATS accurately and on time
- Administratively manage posting to candidate generation channels
- Keep recruitment team updated on progress, escalate concerns
- Provide metric and pipeline reporting
- Provide other administrative support as needed
Position Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 6+ months experience as a Talent Administrator & Coordinator
- Experience in: Business or office environment
- Customer service or administration: Preferred
- Exposure: Strong recruitment administration skills
- Knowledge: Talent acquisition concepts, practices, and procedures
- Language: Fluent in English
- Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Software proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook
- Organization: Ability to prioritize and organize work
- Customer service: Desire to provide high-level customer service
Salary: $35,000 - $39,500 (depending on experience, geography, and industry knowledge)
