Specialized Talent Administrator & Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities, facilitating logistical and recruitment activities to service a particular client program or teams.
Work Location: USA / Canada
Work Arrangement: Fully remote but based in USA / Canada
Work Schedule: 8am-5pm ET
- Specific requirements:
- English and French-Canadian speaker
- Good communication skills
- 1-2 years administrative experience
- RPO background preferred
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and interview process
- Complete phone interviews and document candidate responses
- Develop interview schedules to ensure qualified candidates are evaluated
- Update candidate statuses in recruitment systems (ATS, proprietary systems)
- Schedule complex phone, video, and in-person interviews
- Execute offer process (create & route offer letter, present offer)
- Coordinate background, medical, and reference checks
- Arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Edit and post positions accurately and within timeframes
- Manage posting of roles to candidate generation channels
- Keep recruitment team updated on progress
- Provide metric and pipeline reporting
- Provide other administrative support as needed
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification preferred
- Experience:
- 6+ months experience as a Talent Administrator & Coordinator
- Business or office environment experience
- Customer service or administration experience
- Skills:
- Strong recruitment administration skills
- Knowledge of talent acquisition practices
- Fluent in English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook)
- Prioritization and organization skills
- High-level customer service to colleagues and clients
