Specialized Talent Administrator & Coordinator
Provides administrative support to the talent acquisition process, handling pre-hire and post-hire activities. Facilitates logistical and recruitment tasks for a specific client program or team.
Work Location: Remote (Brazil and Argentina only)
Work Arrangement: Remote
Work Schedule: Full-time
Specific Requirements:
- At least 6 months of relevant experience
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Spanish desired
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and interview process
- Conduct phone interviews, documenting responses and screening candidates
- Schedule interviews
- Update candidate statuses in ATS and other systems
- Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews
- Execute offer process (creating offer letters, presenting offers)
- Coordinate background, medical, and reference checks
- Arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Edit and post job openings
- Manage posting roles to candidate generation channels
- Provide updates to the recruitment team, escalating concerns
- Provide metric and pipeline reporting
- Provide other administrative support as needed
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completed Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification preferred
- Experience: At least 6 months of experience as a Talent Administrator & Coordinator
- Experience in a business or office environment preferred
- Customer service or administration experience preferred
- Strong recruitment administration skills and knowledge
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize and organize
- Desire to provide high-level customer service
