Specialized Talent Administrator & Coordinator
Provides administrative support to the talent acquisition process, handling pre-hire and post-hire activities, and managing various logistical and recruitment tasks for a specific client program or team. Work Location: Remote for candidates in Brazil and Argentina only
Work Arrangement: Remote
Work Schedule: Full-time
Specific requirements: At least 6 months of relevant experience. Must speak English and Portuguese. Spanish is desired.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and interview process
- Complete phone interviews, document responses, and screen candidates
- Develop interview schedules
- Update candidate statuses in recruitment systems (ATS, proprietary systems)
- Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews
- Execute the offer process, including creating and routing offer letters
- Coordinate background, medical, and reference checks
- Arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Edit and post job positions to the ATS
- Administratively manage posting to candidate generation channels
- Ensure recruitment team updates, escalate concerns
- Provide metrics and pipeline reporting
- Provide other administrative support as needed
Position Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 6+ months of experience as a Talent Administrator & Coordinator
Experience: Business or office environment experience, customer service or administration preferred
Skills/Competencies: Strong recruitment administration skills, knowledge of talent acquisition procedures, fluent in English and Portuguese, strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ability to prioritize and organize work, excellent customer service skills.
