Full-Time Sport Marketing Manager Bosch eBike Systems

• Responsible for the sportive and leisure segments (mountain bike, trekking) from strategic to operational levels.
• Operational implementation of global marketing activities across the customer journey and all marketing channels for the sportive segment.
• Sales Marketing activities towards IBDs in collaboration with the service support team.
• Planning and implementation of local eBike events for end consumers, supporting IBDs and OEMs.
• Cooperation with tourism partners to reinforce brand positioning and product awareness in the sport segment.
• Brand ambassadors management and sponsoring for sportive topics.
• Monitor/analyze the market/competitive situation and prepare regular reports.
• Project management, collaboration with headquarters, press relations, and budget controlling for sportive and leisure segments.

• Education: University studies (master's degree or equivalent) in marketing/communications.
• Experiences and Know-How:
  • 3-5 years’ experience in B2B2C marketing (retail and end-consumer) in the sport industry with a strong focus on outdoor activities, bicycle and eBike.
  • Experience in project management of marketing mixes (events, online, sales marketing, sponsoring).
  • Knowledge and skills of common marketing tools and methods, excellent communication skills.
• Personality: Ready for action, flexible, team player, hands on mentality, passionate cyclist.
• Working style: Professional, entrepreneurial spirit, target- and result-oriented, self-reliant and highly committed.
• Languages: Excellent spoken and written Italian and English.
