We contract with health plans and Risk Based Entities (RBEs) to make our services available to their members.
YOUR ROLEThe Sr. Analyst, Growth role is key in coordinating Evergreen’s development of value-based partnerships with health plans and risk-bearing entities.
You will get hands-on experience with business development (strategy, pitches, process management, contracting, and implementation). You’ll play a significant part in growing Evergreen’s footprint, building a national networking base, and working among sought-after thought leaders in healthcare.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
- Manage overall growth strategy activities
- Facilitate meetings to prepare for and debrief from key pitches
- Prepare presentation materials for key clients
- Maintain and update pipeline trackers
- Document action items, assign owners, and monitor progress
- Organize all documents and data related to key accounts
- Develop basic financial pro formas to inform partnership discussions
- Create comprehensive project plans and material for internal and external clients
- Provide organizational status updates
- Record insights about changes in the competitive environment and share with stakeholders
- Engage with potential clients to address questions
- Other duties as assigned
HOW YOU QUALIFY

- Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred
- 3+ years post-undergraduate experience, healthcare industry preferred
- Project Management experience
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication, and client management skills
- Basic data and financial analysis skills
- Intermediate MS Office Suite skills (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment (25 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload)
COMPENSATION$80,000 - $90,000 (negotiable)
