The Sr. Associate Manager of Digital Consulting helps clients improve digital performance by analyzing their needs, developing and implementing digital strategies, managing projects, and monitoring performance against KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver end-to-end process re-engineering initiatives.
- Partner with clients to design and implement digitally agile, value-driven strategies.
- Develop high-quality, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.
- Apply UI/UX design principles to improve customer and employee journey experiences.
- Manage digital consulting projects.
- Conduct market and best-practice research.
- Build strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience related with client project delivery in a consulting role.
- Must be multilingual capability English, French and German – first preference OR English, French and Spanish
- Demonstrated expertise in process re-engineering, operational assessments, and business process optimization.
- Proficiency in building executive-level presentations in PowerPoint.
- End-to-end project implementation experience in one or more of the following areas: Cloud ERP, EPM, or CRM offerings.
- Exposure to UI/UX principles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to contribute on multiple projects.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
