Job Details
MasterBrand is seeking a Senior Content Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. The candidate will maintain and enhance content across multiple brand websites and supporting MarTech tools.
Responsibilities:
- Navigate and perform content author functions within Wordpress CMS and Sitecore
- Demonstrate knowledge of digital content best practices in:
- On-page SEO and metadata
- Website accessibility standards (WCAG)
- UX and UI
- Process-driven communication
- Proactive troubleshooting and ideation
- Creative problem solving
- Communicate with developers to convey enhancement needs
- Synthesize inputs from the Digital Marketing Team into actionable insights
- Align with the Web Content Manager on brand-specific strategy
- Align with the Commercial Marketing Manager(s) to ensure brand-specific digital strategy incorporates digital marketing insights and business priorities
The ideal candidate will:
- Understand MasterBrand go-to-market strategy and brands
- Understand brand objectives and translate them into strategic, creative digital approaches
- Collaborate with internal business partners as a subject matter expert
- Execute complex content updates to support product launches
- Execute omni-channel campaigns
- Brainstorm new lead generation and audience growth strategies
- Manage the execution of campaigns and tactics through cross-functional teams
