Job Details
Lead and drive the governance aspects of the global sales compensation process including exception management, manager/participant inquiries, and plan performance evaluation.
Work cross-functionally with Finance and Sales Ops to further relationships and joint understanding of sales compensation policy and practice.
Be an escalation point to head-off and/or enable Sales and Sales Ops to resolve and navigate sales compensation issues.
Work directly with the India Sales Compensation Leader to drive operational simplification, organizational development, and strategy.
Ensure best practice implementation and business excellence across entire function.
Drive consistent communications of priorities, activities, and results to team and relevant company stakeholders. Support presentation and reporting needs to the Sales function.
Collaborate with the Sales, Sales Ops, BU, Finance and HR leadership teams to design and deploy sales incentive programs.
Partner with Finance and Payroll on payout administration to ensure accurate and timely payments.
Create a positive team environment and support corrective actions identified from the Employee Value Survey (EVS).
Help support the purpose and culture of the Team and Company.
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- 10+ years of HR, Finance, Accounting, Sales Ops, Sales Compensation Design/Administration, or Strategic & Operational business experience, separately or in combination.
- 5+ years managing teams of individuals and people managers.
- Managed formal or informal projects with a demonstrated record of delivering business and organizational outcomes.
- Superb leadership and influencing skills.
- Experience building strong, diverse, high performing teams.
- Ability to motivate others, drive collaboration, teaming & resolve conflict between diverse stakeholder groups as a 1st and 2nd line manager.
- Passion for, and demonstrated success in, understanding and fulfilling internal or external customer needs; problem solving, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Sharp business judgment, ability to see "big picture" and to prioritize.
- Executive presence, strong verbal and written communication.
- Ability to manage change and ambiguity with an action-orientation/drive – must thrive in a dynamic global environment.
- High energy, strong work ethic, disciplined execution skills, willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver results.
- Software industry domain expertise is a plus.
