Full-Time Sr. Director, Marketing Strategic Planning

• Lead the full marketing planning process by facilitating strategy development, aligning with global and regional business priorities.
• Oversee performance management by building and managing OKRs/KPIs, leading quarterly business reviews, and partnering with Analytics.
• Partner with Finance and Marketing Leadership on resource management throughout the year—ensuring budgets are on track.
• Maintain and communicate the comprehensive global marketing calendar.
• Establish scalable processes, tools, and governance models that drive consistency and clarity.
• Lead special initiatives and assessments that advance Marketing’s highest priorities.

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
• 12+ years in marketing, strategy, operations, or program management, including 3–5 years in senior leadership.
• Proven success leading integrated planning and performance management in a global, matrixed environment.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Expertise in building and managing OKRs, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Strong facilitation and project management skills.
• Clear, concise communicator with experience engaging executive leadership.
• Proficiency with Workfront, Allocadia, PowerBI, or similar tools.
