Instrumental Group, a top HubSpot Partner agency, seeks a passionate Sr. Solutions Architect to join our team. This role focuses on leading client engagements and designing innovative CX systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through HubSpot discovery processes to understand needs and goals.
- Create functional requirements from user stories for HubSpot & related platforms.
- Develop detailed build plans, including architecture maps and ERDs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to service enterprise clients.
- Assess client requirements (marketing, sales, service) and tech stacks to define optimal configurations.
- Map out future processes and customer journeys.
- Handle HubSpot configuration, automation, CRM setup, and user adoption.
- Develop nurture campaigns for engagement and demand generation.
- Streamline data flow for lead intelligence and effective prospect conversations.
- Optimize lead hand-offs and nurturing using automation and data capture.
- Utilize HubSpot reporting, analytics, datasets, and attribution for client insights.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong HubSpot experience across all hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, Operations)
- Excellent communication & client management skills.
- Experience guiding clients through discovery processes.
- Experience in enterprise-level environments.
- Proficiency in HubSpot configurations and automation.
- Understanding of change management methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements effectively.
- Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and service platforms.
- Experience with architecture mapping and ERD creation for HubSpot implementations.
- Experience with API integrations (e.g., using Python, Node.js or GraphQL). This is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Dynamics, ETL tools (like Skyvia, Hightouch or Zapier) is an asset.
- Relevant HubSpot certifications
Compensation: $72,000 - $102,000 (yearly)
