Full-Time Sr. Manager, Product Design, Employee Experience

What you get to do:

• Directly manage, mentor, and develop designers on the team
• Drive the UX vision and execution of a platform revolutionizing workplace productivity and analytics solutions for large companies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, user research, engineering, and content from strategic definition to tactical execution
• Distill complex problems into clear goals and requirements for the design and research team
• Drive the growth of user-centric, collaborative culture
• Evangelize design strategy and product vision
• Oversee detailed mockups, prototypes, and behavior specifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration
• BA/BS degree or higher in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent
• Experience in the complete product development lifecycle
• Experience in user experience design or industry experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years managing people and/or leading design teams
• 9+ years in UX Design and/or Interaction Design
• Portfolio of work samples
• Ability to distill complex problems into clean solutions
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and technical problem-solving skills
• Obsessed with UX perfection in an iterative and agile environment
• High initiative, good sense of humor, and a "make it work" ethos
• Experience creating content and/or designing with WCAG 2.0/2.1 AA guidelines (preferred)
