What you get to do:
- Directly manage, mentor, and develop designers on the team
- Drive the UX vision and execution of a platform revolutionizing workplace productivity and analytics solutions for large companies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, user research, engineering, and content from strategic definition to tactical execution
- Distill complex problems into clear goals and requirements for the design and research team
- Drive the growth of user-centric, collaborative culture
- Evangelize design strategy and product vision
- Oversee detailed mockups, prototypes, and behavior specifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration
- BA/BS degree or higher in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent
- Experience in the complete product development lifecycle
- Experience in user experience design or industry experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years managing people and/or leading design teams
- 9+ years in UX Design and/or Interaction Design
- Portfolio of work samples
- Ability to distill complex problems into clean solutions
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and technical problem-solving skills
- Obsessed with UX perfection in an iterative and agile environment
- High initiative, good sense of humor, and a "make it work" ethos
- Experience creating content and/or designing with WCAG 2.0/2.1 AA guidelines (preferred)
