Full-Time Sr. Manager, Product Design, Employee Experience

• Directly manage, mentor, and develop designers.
• Drive the UX vision and execution of a platform for workplace productivity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, user research, engineering, and content.
• Distill complex problems into clear goals and requirements for design and research.
• Drive the growth of a user-centric culture.
• Evangelize design strategy and product vision.
• Oversee team's work: detailed mockups, prototypes, and behavior specifications.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI in work processes.
• BA/BS degree or higher in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent.
• Experience in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
• Experience in user experience design or related industry experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years managing people and/or leading design teams.
• 9+ years in UX Design and/or Interaction Design.
• Portfolio of work samples.
• Ability to distill complex problems into clean solutions.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and technical problem-solving skills.
• Obsessed with UX perfection in an iterative and agile environment.
• High initiative, good sense of humor, and a "make it work" ethos.
• Experience in creating content and/or designing with WCAG 2.0/2.1 AA guidelines (a plus).

Compensation: $187,600 - $328,300, plus equity, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
