- Directly manage, mentor, and develop designers.
- Drive the UX vision and execution of a platform for workplace productivity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, user research, engineering, and content.
- Distill complex problems into clear goals and requirements for design and research.
- Drive the growth of a user-centric culture.
- Evangelize design strategy and product vision.
- Oversee team's work: detailed mockups, prototypes, and behavior specifications.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI in work processes.
- BA/BS degree or higher in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent.
- Experience in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
- Experience in user experience design or related industry experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years managing people and/or leading design teams.
- 9+ years in UX Design and/or Interaction Design.
- Portfolio of work samples.
- Ability to distill complex problems into clean solutions.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and technical problem-solving skills.
- Obsessed with UX perfection in an iterative and agile environment.
- High initiative, good sense of humor, and a "make it work" ethos.
- Experience in creating content and/or designing with WCAG 2.0/2.1 AA guidelines (a plus).
Compensation: $187,600 - $328,300, plus equity, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
