THE POSITION: The Manager, Compliance and Regulatory is responsible for leading quality and compliance efforts across multiple client projects teams within Deployment Solutions. Ensures adherence to all relevant local and federal regulations. This role will oversee auditing and monitoring activities for varied client teams. This includes Field and Virtual Sales, MSLs, Market Access, and Reimbursement teams. The Manager will maintain a robust compliance framework.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Client-Focused Compliance Initiatives: collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish, implement, and oversee compliance frameworks for field and virtual sales teams, MSLs, market access, and reimbursement teams; provide ongoing guidance and oversight.
- Drive Strategic Project Collaborations: partner with project teams in the design, development, and delivery of client solutions; align compliance considerations with broader business objectives.
- Engage directly with clients and senior leadership to guide compliance strategies, proactively address regulatory inquiries.
- Develop and Execute Comprehensive Compliance Training: design, implement, and deliver standardized and customized compliance training initiatives.
- Operationalize and Oversee Registration, Licensing & Disclosures: establish, implement, and manage state and local registration, licensing, and disclosure processes.
- Leverage AI-Based Analytics: employ AI-driven tools and data analytics to proactively monitor compliance risks.
- Internal and Client Audits: coordinate internal and external client audits; analyze audit findings, collaborate on remediation plans, and track corrective actions.
- Develop and Enhance Compliance Policies and SOPs: draft, refine, and enforce Level 2 compliance policies, SOPs, and guidance documents.
- Monitor and Adapt to the Regulatory Landscape: continuously track regulatory developments; proactively update compliance strategies.
- Risk Mitigation and Strategic Innovation: investigate root causes of compliance issues, collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement sustainable solutions.
- Lead Compliance Communication and Awareness Initiatives: develop and deliver strategic communications to ensure broad organizational understanding.
- Monitor and Report Compliance Metrics: establish and track key compliance indicators (KCIs).
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
