Key Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring safety metrics are on track
• Supporting timely follow-ups
• Maintaining oversight of live issues

To succeed in this role you must have:

• A solid grasp of UK health and safety legislation and compliance frameworks (Health and Safety at Work Act, COSHH, RIDDOR, and CQC requirements)
• Hands-on experience with incident investigations, risk assessments, and data analysis
• Exceptional organizational abilities, particularly in maintaining centralised document repositories
• Strong communication skills, confident in presenting data and reports to senior management
• Proficiency in IT, particularly with Excel, and ability to transform data into clear, concise, and visually engaging formats.
