Sr. Marketing Operations Manager
As part of our Marketing team, the Sr. Marketing Operations Manager is focused on optimizing the marketing automation digital experience crafted to acquire, nurture, and qualify leads/sales opportunities that convert into measurable, repeatable, and predictable new sales and revenue growth.
The Sr. Marketing Operations Manager coordinates campaign analytics, measures success, and reports on areas for improvement to improve the customer/collaborator journey.
The Sr. Marketing Operations Manager maintains a close eye on market/industry best practices, ensuring that LGC CDx develops and maintains a leadership position and capability in Marketing Digital Experience and Analytics.
They continually set standards, research new platform opportunities, and watch competitor activity to keep LGC CDx in a leadership position.
Work alongside Marketing Program Managers and the broader commercial team to build and test seamless customer experiences. Each interaction should transition efficiently to the next and be easily measured and analyzed.
Support the Marketing Program Managers and wider commercial team, IT and BA teams, with the integration and continuous improvement in our marketing systems including HubSpot, Salesforce, and SAP.
Manage the ongoing, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of analytics including highlights, lowlights, and market insight to help guide our investments in marketing infrastructure.
Develop and maintain the D&G marketing campaign analytics dashboard (executive summary) in cooperation with Marketing Program Managers and marketing support agencies.
Support troubleshooting of issues with cross-functional teams and resolution to minimize business impact.
Translate marketers' feedback and needs of marketing tools into process or product solutions and partner with relevant D&G departments and external suppliers to see through prioritization and execution.
Make recommendations on key campaign performance improvements including integrated content marketing tactics, direct marketing email, digital advertising, social media advertising and campaigning.
Develop and manage the Marketing Operations tactical plan, laying out the plan for support of key programs, and development of systems and process. Work closely with external digital advertising agency to analyze and report on paid advertising measurements.
