Role Overview
As a Sr. Paid Social Acquisition Specialist, you'll drive full-funnel paid social strategies. You'll execute and optimize campaigns across major social platforms, ensuring alignment with broader marketing initiatives and closely collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Social Campaign Execution & Optimization: Plan, launch, optimize paid social campaigns (Facebook/Instagram, TikTok). Implement targeting, messaging, and bidding strategies. Continuously A/B test creatives.
- Full-Funnel Strategy & Collaboration: Align paid social with broader strategies, working closely with creative, email/SMS, conversion rate optimization, SEO, and content teams.
- Data Analysis & KPI Management: Leverage analytics and AI tools to monitor campaign performance, track metrics (ROAS, CAC, MER, CTR, AOV, CAC-to-LTV), and adjust budgets.
- Insightful Reporting & Presentations: Compile and present performance reports, highlighting campaign results, trends, and strategic recommendations.
- Client Communication Support: Support the Paid Media Manager in client service, participate in client calls, and ensure transparent communication.
- Strategic Initiative Execution: Partner with the PMM on business initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 5+ years hands-on performance marketing experience in paid social
- Proven ability to scale campaigns, manage budgets, and meet targets
- Knowledge in bidding, targeting automation tools, Google Analytics, and ad management platforms
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, written & verbal communication skills
