The Position: The senior product manager role supports our product offering for community customers. This role needs a strategic thinker with a strong product vision. The successful candidate will balance customer-centric design with reporting, build feedback loops, and evaluate legacy product consolidation; transforming the marketplace into a unified experience. The leader reports to the VP of Product and partners with product leads to formulate long-term strategy.

What you will do:
- Support and lead development of a cohesive product vision and translate into a roadmap prioritizing features.
- Define objectives and key results (OKRs) aligning with business goals.
- Develop feedback loops, ensuring insights inform product updates and drive improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and UX teams to create community-focused features, prioritizing intuitive design.
- Develop and integrate personalized recommendations and content, leveraging user data for tailored journeys.
- Advocate for customer needs using data insights, feedback, and industry trends to anticipate needs.
- Establish ROI and performance tracking systems for customers.
- Evaluate and design comparison tools and analytics dashboards.
- Lead integrations and data-collection initiatives.
- Strategize and manage migration of legacy features to align with the new strategic vision.
- Develop clear communication plans to support customers through transitions.
- Serve as the primary contact for product strategy, fostering collaboration with departments.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Strong product management experience (5+ years), ideally with marketplace experience.
Strategic Vision and Execution: High-level strategic thinker with the ability to translate product vision into action plans.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience using reporting tools like Tableau, Amplitude, or Databricks, and performance dashboards.
User-Centric Mindset: Passion for understanding user needs and building products to meet them. Experience in building and scaling products focusing on engagement, and retention.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams fostering collaboration.
Product Transition: Experience successfully navigating product transitions, including legacy product consolidation.
Communication Skills: Articulate complex product strategies and inspire cross-functional teams.
