Sr Specialist, eCommerce will be an instrumental part of eCommerce team with primary focus on content management in PIM (Salsify) and content syndication to our customers.
The Sr. Specialist will work with cross-functional team to drive change management in PIM (Salsify) implementation and be responsible for the creation and management of content syndication processes to and from Salsify.
- Maintain PIM (Salsify) database for bath and kitchen
- Troubleshoot minor issues for Salsify users.
- Build out Salsify for kitchens (build hierarchy, workflow, and essential properties)
- Ensure accurate marketing content is uploaded and maintained in Salsify.
- Create syndication channel mappings to ensure all data (required and optional) is included in initial upload.
- Build and share Insights reports.
- Build enhanced content templates.
- Build and maintain catalogs.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Widen image integration (API)
- Monitor integrations and imports
- Ensure image metadata in Widen is accurate and images are linking to Salsify.
- Other possible responsibilities will include some content creating and maintaining information in Edge database.
Requirements
- 3-5 years relevant experience managing 200+ SKUs
- Salsify certification in Workflow, PIM, and Syndication strongly preferred.
- In-depth Salsify experience and knowledge
- Digital asset management (images and documents) experience, preferably with Widen/Acquia
- Experience building product hierarchies in Salsify
- In-depth understanding of Salsify formulas and templates
- Experience with Home Depot, Wayfair, Amazon, and Lowe’s syndication
- Experience leading a change management within organization
