Full-Time Sr. Staff Product Designer, Accessibility

What you’ll do: Establish the strategic direction and product vision for Accessibility Design at Pinterest. Be at the forefront of accessibility design initiatives and broadcast the efforts across Design and throughout Pinterest. Be responsible for mentoring and helping grow talent within the team while scaling the Accessibility team. Represent Pinterest Design within the design community, attending and speaking at conferences.

Requirements: 8+ years with a track record of shipping inspiring well-built experiences. Bachelor’s degree in design, a related field or equivalent experience.

In-Office Requirement Statement: We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we’re not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection. This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times per quarter and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.

Salary Range: $174,071—$358,072 USD
