Full-Time Sr. Staff Product Designer, AI Employee Experience

• Lead large, cross-product initiatives and deliver world-class product experiences creating exceptional AI and Employee Experience solutions that shape product strategy and transform how people work around the world.
• Drive exceptional and innovative end-to-end user experience, design languages, and frameworks across one or more domains or key strategic initiatives.
• Provide strategic direction, vision, and leadership for large collaborative efforts with multidisciplinary teams.
• Share knowledge and expertise with others across the company and externally to elevate colleagues, teams, and community of practice.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• 10+ years of relevant design experience.
• An inspiring portfolio demonstrating exceptional and innovative product design solutions for end-to-end user journeys that satisfy user needs and business objectives.
• Experience in producing high-fidelity specifications for deliverables.
• Advocate for design value and purpose across the company and externally.
• Influence skills and drive to continuously improve product design processes.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
• Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency).
