Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 10+ years of experience consultant needed.
- User Research**: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points. Methods may include surveys, Design Thinking -based Journey Mapping, Persona Mapping, interviews/ empathy sessions, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Information Architecture: Organize and structure content and functionality in a way that is intuitive for users. Develop site maps, user flows, and wireframes.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to visualize design concepts. Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing. Figma is the preferred tool
- Visual Design: Develop visually appealing and consistent design elements, including icons, buttons, and other interface components. Ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Interaction Design: Define how users interact with the product, focusing on creating a seamless and engaging experience. This includes designing for animations, transitions, and other interactive elements.
- Usability Testing: Plan, conduct, and analyze usability tests to gather feedback on designs. Use insights to refine and improve the user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with technical and business requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the user experience of our products.
