Full-Time Sr. UX Researcher

Canyon GBS is seeking an experienced and innovative Sr. UX Researcher to lead user research initiatives that drive the development of our AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, design, and conduct user research studies using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods.
2. Analyze and interpret research data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to integrate user-centered design principles into product development.
4. Develop user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate research findings.
5. Advocate for the user by providing evidence-based recommendations during product discussions and decision-making processes.
6. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX research.
7. Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the development of research methodologies and processes.
8. Present research findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
