Job Details
The Staff Accountant will be responsible for:
- Invoicing with accuracy and attention to detail
- Documentation of all invoicing processes
- Manage special projects from Controller/CFO; create a blueprint and appropriate timeline
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve all financial related issues and partner with other departments when needed to resolve
- Contribute, as needed, with quarterly and annual balance sheet reconciliations and audits
- Customer service - strong interpersonal skills to interact with multiple partners, internal corporate employees, and the field
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements
- Provide financial and administrative support as assigned
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform other tasks as assigned
- Adhere to the BCI rules and regulations as set forth in the employee handbook.
- Interact with all employees, management, and the customer in a fair and consistent manner and with good customer services skills.
