Full-Time Staff Analytics Engineer

About the Role:As a Staff Analytics Engineer, you will work cross-functionally to design and implement data models for scientific, analytical, and reporting use cases across Engineering, Product, Finance, and functional business units.

What You Will Do:

• Define and document company-wide data models.
• Architect, build, publish, and maintain performant data models and pipelines.
• Enable self-service data consumption.
• Support flexible querying and data visualization.
• Serve as data steward and subject-matter expert for business and technology domains.
• Build data tooling in partnership with Data Platform teams.
• Drive data quality and develop standards for data modeling.

About You:

• 8+ years of experience querying, visualizing, and presenting data.
• Experience at a modern technology company with a well-developed data organization.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Familiarity with modern BI tools (e.g., Hashboard, Superset).
• 6+ years of experience with Snowflake or BigQuery.
• 2+ years with dbt or Spark-based data pipelines.
• 6+ years of schema design and data modeling experience.
• Experience with general-purpose programming (e.g., Python, Java, Go).
