We're building a fast, cloud-native platform that automates tasks and workflows so teams can move loans forward with less manual effort. If you enjoy turning complicated tasks into simple software and want to design how humans and AI collaborate, this is a great fit.
What you'll do
- Own problems, partner with product and engineering to choose the simplest solution.
- Design from sketch to ship. Create flows and wireframes, polish UI in Figma.
- Turn dense rules and edge cases into clear steps.
- Shape human-in-the-loop AI. Design when the system should automate, when it should ask, and how it explains itself.
- Evolve components, patterns, and guidelines so teams build quickly and consistently.
- Write clear labels and microcopy. Clearly document requirements and product expectations for engineering.
- Run lightweight research and usability tests. Fold insights back into the work.
- Engage closely with our clients and subject matter experts.
- Define success, review data, and improve what you ship.
- Give and receive thoughtful feedback. Advocate for quality where it matters.

Skills & experience
- 5+ years designing end-to-end for complex SaaS or enterprise tools.
- Portfolio showing clean UX and high-quality UI craft (data-heavy views a plus).
- Fluency in Figma and rapid prototyping.
- Experience in planning and running lean research.
- Ability to collaborate deeply with engineering and product.
- Comfortable working in fast, ambiguous environments.
- Need someone who has been a design lead or founding designer at a startup.
Nice to have
Experience with document or data-driven workflows. Built or maintained a multi-team design system. Worked on products with automation, assistants, or explainable AI. Familiarity with lending, fintech, or other regulated domains.
