Our designers have diverse skills: design systems, visual, interaction, content, and product design. At ServiceNow, design collaborates closely with engineering and product management.

- Lead large, complex initiatives and deliver world-class experiences.
- Drive end-to-end product experiences considering user and product ecosystems, workflow, and design patterns.
- Develop frameworks and principles to standardize and guide cross-team work.
- Lead collaborative projects with multidisciplinary teams.
- Share knowledge and expertise with others.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI integration into work processes.
- 7+ years of relevant design experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating the ability to distill complex problems into elegant solutions.
- Experience developing frameworks and principles.
- A growth mindset.
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
- Experience in user experience design or industry experience.
