Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead and refine testing strategies for multiple internal and external products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive testing across the entire testing pyramid, handling high volumes of global traffic. This role requires strong innovation, self-drive, and passion for building scalable solutions, improving automation efficiency in both backend and frontend. This role is responsible for creating, implementing, and executing the quality assurance program throughout the software development lifecycle.
What You'll Do:
- Lead manual and automated testing across various applications to validate new features.
- Design and implement robust automation frameworks with a quality-first mindset.
- Develop reliable QA processes utilizing automation, load, and performance testing.
- Create test plans, execute functional, integration, and regression testing, troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure stability and performance, recommend improvements to ensure seamless user experience.
Who You Are:
- 7+ years in QA, including 5+ years in automation.
- Expertise in API testing (Karate, Postman, SoapUI, etc.) and UI testing (Playwright, Selenium).
- Strong experience in load/performance testing, CI/CD integration, mobile automation, and AWS cloud solutions.
- Deep understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, automation systems, databases, and programming languages (JavaScript, Java, Python).
- Proficient with Git, Jira, and DevOps pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
- Preferred AWS cloud solutions experience.
