Full-Time Staff UX Researcher

What you get to do in this role:

• Represent customer needs throughout the product lifecycle (discovery to adoption).
• Apply appropriate research techniques for projects.
• Understand customer needs, define user types, use cases, and UX opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to influence strategy and roadmaps.
• Validate feature/design direction through participatory design, testing, and analysis.
• Synthesize qualitative/quantitative data for actionable insights.
• Communicate findings using user segments, personas, jobs to be done, journeys, task analyses, etc.
• Mentor team members and champion UX within the organization.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making.
• Extensive experience with customer-centered research.
• Expert knowledge in research study design and execution.
• Portfolio of research showcasing significant insights and impact.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing insightful questions for diverse audiences.
• In-depth knowledge of UI design, usability techniques, task analysis.
• Experience with online surveys and qualitative research techniques.
• Excellent presentation skills for complex topics.
• Ability to learn new technical concepts quickly.
• Experience coaching and mentoring junior team members.
