Student Advisor
The Advisor retains students from the point of enrollment to program completion and drives persistence through clinical or professional placements. The Advisor provides outreach to support successful program completion.
- Completes outreach via phone, email, and text.
- Responds to student inquiries via phone, email, and text.
- Collaborates with Enrollment Advisor to onboard new students.
- Documents student communication and relevant data in CRM.
- Documents communication with cross-functional team and performs action items.
- Understands student population fluctuations and collaborates with Associate Director for retention and placement goals.
- Confirms final student and enrollment numbers.
- Conducts outreach around key progress markers (registration, participation, clearances, grades, risk indicators).
- Communicates with university partners via email.
- Escalates to Associate Director for communication with partners or stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor's degree required
Experience: At least 1-2 years of related experience (Student Advising, Call Center, Customer Service) required. Higher education experience preferred.

Technical Abilities: Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, InPlace, and university systems (SIS, LMS) preferred. Familiarity with clearance tracking systems (Complio, CastleBranch) preferred.
Compensation: USD $48,000 - $58,000, adjusted based on experience, location, market.
