Kneat enables regulated organizations to move from paper-based validation to intelligent, digitized, paperless solutions. We develop a powerful, purpose-built software platform. Launched in 2014, our advanced validation software revolutionizes validation in the Life Sciences sector.
We are seeking a Customer Success Engineer to join our team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Success Engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure customers get maximum value from Kneat's products.
- Provide pre and post-sale support to global sales.
- Train customers and partners on using Kneat.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert on Kneat's technology and applications.
- Identify business process improvements to enhance the product.
- Collaborate with sales on account strategy and opportunities.
- Ensure successful customer pilots through process mapping and training.
- Work with customers to convert use cases into product features for development.
- Support all relevant departments in product enhancements and new features.
- Travel to client sites may be required.
Qualifications:
- Degree in relevant discipline (Engineering or Science)
- Life Sciences industry experience
- Strong stakeholder/customer management skills
- Understanding of project management and processes (Validation, Manufacturing, Quality)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills
- Customer-oriented and proactive
