Kneat enables regulated organizations to move from paper-based validation to intelligent, digitized, paperless solutions. We develop a powerful, purpose-built software platform. Launched in 2014, our advanced validation software revolutionizes validation in the Life Sciences sector.

We are seeking a Customer Success Engineer to join our team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Success Engineering.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customers get maximum value from Kneat's products.
  • Provide pre and post-sale support to global sales.
  • Train customers and partners on using Kneat.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert on Kneat's technology and applications.
  • Identify business process improvements to enhance the product.
  • Collaborate with sales on account strategy and opportunities.
  • Ensure successful customer pilots through process mapping and training.
  • Work with customers to convert use cases into product features for development.
  • Support all relevant departments in product enhancements and new features.
  • Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in relevant discipline (Engineering or Science)
  • Life Sciences industry experience
  • Strong stakeholder/customer management skills
  • Understanding of project management and processes (Validation, Manufacturing, Quality)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and teamwork skills
  • Customer-oriented and proactive
