Customer Support Representative at Anagram

As a Customer Support Representative, you will join our dynamic Customer Support team, guiding and supporting customers in using Anagram's platform. You will be the friendly and knowledgeable face of Anagram, delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support to customers via chat and email.
- Understand and identify customer needs, guiding them through specific features and functionalities.
- Maintain and update internal knowledge bases and customer records.
- Share updates about new features, improvements, or processes with customers.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or support.
- Team player with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Patient and empathetic when handling challenging cases.
- Quick learner comfortable with tools like Intercom, Slack, HubSpot, and Google Workspace.
- Bonus: Passion for healthcare, previous SaaS/startup experience, knowledge of medical insurance terminology.
