About the Role:
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you'll be instrumental in new customer journeys, ensuring a smooth and successful transition onto our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Implement effective onboarding processes for new customers.
- Conduct initial training sessions tailored to customer needs.
- Develop customized onboarding materials.
- Maintain consistent communication with new customers.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams for improvements.
- Monitor onboarding initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Resolve customer issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer onboarding/customer success in SaaS.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Ability to work North American hours.
- Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding projects.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies.
