Job Details

We are seeking a friendly and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team in California City, United States.

As the face of our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  2. Listen actively to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary
  3. Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies
  5. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide personalized assistance
  6. Document all customer interactions and update customer records in the company's CRM system
  7. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
  8. Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
  9. Meet or exceed performance metrics such as customer satisfaction scores and response times

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong active listening abilities and attention to detail
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and typing
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish and English) are highly desirable
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
