Salem Web Network is hiring a full-time Subscription Product Manager. As a Subscription Product Manager, you will play a vital role in growing and nurturing the subscriber base across some of the most trusted Christian platforms online. You’ll develop and implement marketing strategies that attract new subscribers, improve engagement, and encourage long-term retention.
Responsibilities
- Subscriber Growth and Acquisition
- Manage subscription banners, modals, and landing pages using platforms like Digioh and Unbounce.
- Work alongside the Marketing team to build and optimize email campaigns and paid marketing efforts to boost conversions, retention, and engagement.
- Maintain a marketing calendar to launch seasonal and promotional campaigns, including sales and holiday offers.
- Conduct A/B testing and use performance insights to refine marketing efforts.
- Maintain a prioritized list of optimization ideas to grow and improve the subscription product.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities in both product and marketing initiatives
- Customer Support & Platform Management
- Handle daily customer support inquiries via email and phone with professionalism and care
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party platforms to resolve technical and billing issues
- Collect and respond to subscriber feedback to improve the customer experience
- Coordinate ongoing technical support and issue resolution with subscription platform and internal teams
- Retention Strategies
- Manage and optimize automated email series, including welcome emails and automated to prevent churn
- Identify opportunities for service and product improvements
- Design and implement programs to engage subscribers and reduce churn
- Analyze user behavior and survey responses to develop targeted retention initiatives
- Data & Performance Monitoring
- Daily monitor and track key subscription metrics including churn, renewal rates, and revenue
- Maintain weekly and monthly reports to evaluate campaign and product performance to inform better business decisions
- Monitor revenue performance from additional tools such as ad blockers
