About the Role:
The Support Engineer team seeks curious, problem-solvers to handle customer technical needs. You'll collaborate with Customer Success and Engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Support customers resolving technical issues, including 3rd party integrations, APIs, and data quality.
- Communicate with customers, Customer Success Managers, and internal stakeholders (Zendesk, JIRA, calls/meetings) to understand and resolve issues.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable engineering tasks, managing expectations of internal/external parties.
- Work cross-functionally to triage and mitigate issues with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
- Develop strategic, reusable solutions to solve problems.
- Identify and escalate bugs to appropriate teams.
Skills Required:

- Understanding of HTML/CSS, and at least one programming language (JavaScript, SQL, Liquid, or TypeScript).

Education: BS/BA or equivalent.
Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 annually + equity + benefits
