Full-Time Admissions Representative(Sales)

We are looking for an Admissions Representative to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit qualified students for the college’s academic programs.
• Provide information, guidance, and assistance to potential students on enrollment and admissions.
• Evaluate and resolve student inquiries, issues, and problems.
• Uphold enrollment standards by complying with regulations and accreditation standards.
• Demonstrate positive attitude, motivation, concern for students, teamwork, time management, and work ethic.
• Use Company-approved admissions materials.
• Observe company policies and best practices.
• Schedule and conduct student interviews, adhering to Company Policy regarding Financial Aid.
• Provide basic information, advice, and assistance to students on programs and eligibility.
• Serve as a liaison between student and campus, assisting with enrollment forms and documentation review.
• Mentor students to identify skills and interests.
• Address easily-resolved inquiries and ensure appropriate action is taken.
• Accurately account for all inquiries and admissions activity.
• Complete daily activity reports.
• Ensure pre-start paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Keep required reports current and accurate.
• Attend and complete all required training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Attend meetings as directed.
• Make outbound calls to potential students.
• Follow-up on all inquiries and interviews.
• Build relationships with potential students.
• Take inquiry calls and encourage appointments.
• Return web inquiries and calls promptly.
• Participate in organized phone-a-thons.
• Initiate unsolicited leads and generate new business.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience (including admissions experience)
• Strong ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors
• Excellent presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to work flexible hours

Compensation:

$27-$32/year
