Full-Time Reservation Officer

Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Officer to join our travel agency team. You will handle client travel bookings, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure accurate and timely reservations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle travel reservations (hotels, car rentals, tours, etc.) based on client needs.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via various channels (WhatsApp, phone, email, in person) with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate information about destinations, costs, schedules, and documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm bookings and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate reservation and client records.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the booking process.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred but not required).
• 3+ years of experience in a travel agency or customer service role (with booking/reservation experience preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (additional languages like French a plus).
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Passion for travel and a client-focused mindset.
