We are seeking a Customer Success Manager on the West Coast to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Own customer onboarding, adoption, and advocacy.
- Develop success plans and goals.
- Create and execute value roadmaps.
- Establish regular client cadence (monthly, quarterly).
- Act as a trusted advisor and drive product value.
- Partner with CyberArk Account Team to identify usage opportunities.
- Advocate customer needs internally.
- Proactively engage customers throughout their journey.
- Measure and monitor Customer Health metrics/KPIs.
- Identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Leverage internal tools (e.g., Gainsight).
- Identify areas for improvement in the customer experience.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, post-sales technical account management.
- Strong consulting and project management skills.
- Proven ability to drive business value and interact with clients at various levels (technical and non-technical).
- Experience with cybersecurity/SaaS solutions or enterprise software.
- Knowledge of enterprise security products and offerings.
- Understanding of cloud and on-premise IT landscapes.
- Experience with enterprise Directory services (Active Directory, LDAP, Azure).
- Knowledge of networking environments.
- Experience installing and supporting enterprise software on Windows and UNIX platforms.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, business).
- Ability to simplify complex topics.
- Up to 25% travel.
Compensation: $90,000 - $125,000/year, plus commissions/discretionary bonus. Base pay may vary.
