About the Role: Support Help Desk Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business practices and complete requests as per operations guidelines.
  • Approve and adjust pricing.
  • Review applicant files, ensure compliance, and sign leases.
  • Override screening in cases of false positives or sound business decisions.
  • Analyze ledger corrections for rent and other items.
  • Ensure timely applicant deposit refunds within allowed parameters.
  • Partner with Revenue Management, Entrata Support Group, Regional Property Managers, Area Vice Presidents, and business owners to analyze and approve various business aspects.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to use data entry systems and applications.
  • Dependability and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with team members from different locations.
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills.
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Entrata, and PowerBI.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 1-3 years of related experience.
  • Availability to work one weekend day.

  • Minimum internet speed of 30mbps (wired connection).
  • i5 8th Gen or higher processor.
  • Windows 10/macOS Catalina or higher.
  • Minimum 8GB RAM.
  • Dedicated home office space (quiet, private, no distractions).
  • Backup internet and power solutions.
  • Good headset and webcam (noise-canceling preferred).
