Qualifications

General Duties: Operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, take orders, take inventory, complete paperwork, clean equipment, and facility.

Training: Orientation and on-the-job training provided.

Communication Skills: Ability to comprehend and give written instructions, communicate with customers and coworkers.

Essential Skills: Basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division; possibly with a calculator), handling monetary change, verbal, written, and telephone communication skills, fast and accurate movements with motor coordination between eyes and hands, and entering orders using a computer.

Work Conditions: Exposure to varying weather, temperature fluctuations, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Sensing: Talking, hearing on the telephone, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, ability to distinguish between hot and cold surfaces.

Temperaments: Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work alone or with others, under stress, meet quality control standards, interact with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing.
