Full-Time Customer Support Associate

We are seeking a Customer Support Associate for full-time remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to Revalize customers and teammates.
• Support incoming queries and software issues.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize user issues.
• Adhere to customer service and documentation standards.
• Solve first-level support requests and escalate issues.
• Create, edit, and contribute to knowledgebase articles and FAQs.

Skills & Abilities:

• Proficiency in German and English (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. OR 1+ year experience troubleshooting SaaS applications, software and hardware issues.
• Productive remote work capabilities.
• Quiet workspace for phone and video calls.
• Reliable high-speed internet access (20 Mbps download/2 Mbps upload).
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with 3D CAD systems.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.
• Understanding of networking topologies and protocols.
